10 Rounds of Klitschko Vs A Buffalo

It is well known that gorillas and buffaloes are the leanest and most muscular animals in God’s glorious earth, yet live predominantly on a diet of grass, plants, and water.

This begs the interesting question as to why in an effort to drastically increase our muscle definition, humans insist on dangerously overdosing on meat and protein shakes.

The dangerous levels of proteins that we are subjecting ourselves to can lead to drastic increases of acid in our bodies. Therefore, instead of protein building up muscle and repairing our bodies, as is the traditional view… The ACTUAL effect can in fact be the complete opposite. A build up of this acid BREAKS DOWN your body, having a completely UNDESIRED effect.

This negative effect, caused by a protein-rich diet that is frequently enhanced by even more protein supplements, is in fact KILLING YOU SLOWLY. So instead of building up muscle, to assist in your fight against the herbivorous Buffalo, you are in fact increasing acid levels in your body, ultimately killing yourself slowly.

Even record breaking former Mr Olympia himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger once claimed that many people overdo the amount of protein in their diets, believing that more protein = more muscle. THIS FORMULA DOES NOT WORK! 100 Calories of spinach is far more beneficial than 1000 calories of meat and carbs!

Hopefully by now you are starting to realise that huge intakes of protein is not necessary for increased muscle size and definition, and is ultimately dangerous. That is why I suggest reducing the meat-based protein in your diet, and switching to a vegan/plant based alternative.

If we can’t beat a Buffalo in a fight, why not join them?

Switch to a natural vegan/plant based protein supplement, and receive all the goodness you need! If a Buffalo can look as lean as it does on an herbivorous diet, we can look better too!

Whilst I’m still sceptical however, that Klitschko could ever defeat a buffalo in a fight, he may well be leaner, stronger and healthier, with even bigger muscles – Just like you!

Finally, just in case you are worried, taking a natural vegan/plant based supplements won’t actually make you look like a Buffalo… Just leaner, stronger, and healthier!

    Hi Skip,
Absolutely fantastic what you have to say. I have been a raw food vegan for 2 and a half years now, since my new partner Lewis educated me about animal flesh being acidic and we have to break it all down into amino acids for our bodies to build it up again. We take all the things you mention, and eat raw to get all the enzymes we need.
However, just wanted to mention that buffaloes and gorillas are plurals and don’t need an apostrophe ( I’m an English teacher and notice these things )Hope you don’t mind me mentioning it.
    best wishes,

    Hi again,
Just thought I’d see if you picked up my mistake in my comment to you! Ha! In case you haven’t, there should be a full stop after the bracket and a space between the full stop and the sentence beginning with Hope.

Also forgot to mention Lewis is the one that mentioned your site as one of his clients has just informed him that he is going to attend an event tomorrow to listen to you talk.

Lewis also talks about health issues and intends to contact you for a chat. He’s recently been offered his own show on a radio station to chat about health inter alia.

    Very best wishes,
