What is it?

Legumes: black beans, dahl, butter-beans, green peas,

Additional Comment

Many people who suffer from gastritis find relief from eating foods in a specific order. For instance, being with fresh ‘live’ food, such as a small salad. Then consume cooked vegetables, and a small amount of protein. If any starch is consumed this should come last. The order of eating corresponds with the amount of time it takes to digest the food, with the salad digesting quickest, and the starch the slowest.
